The Ministry also provides a list of countries whose nationals must be in possession of a visa in order to cross the external borders of the European Union according to Council Regulation (EC) No 539/2001. Rooms must be booked by filling out forms provided by the pre-selected hotels. These forms will be sent to guests once they state their interest in booking one of the hotel options on the congress registration form online.
After filling out all the necessary information on the hotel form, it should be scanned and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can forward it to the hotel.
Bookings must be paid on the last day of the guest’s stay at the hotel. However, credit card information will be required in order to ensure payment.
Cancelation policies will be stated on the forms and vary from one hotel to another. Nevertheless, if for any reason the Congress were to be canceled, cancelation costs would not affect our guests. Cancelation policies will only apply if it was the guest’s own decision to cancel the booking.

The Congress will take place at two different venues. Events on May 19th and 20th will be held at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and the congress will close on May 21st with activities to take place at Círculo del Liceo, the Barcelona Opera House’s private club.
